广汽 and Scott County Humane Society Team Up to Give Students a Study Break on Reading Day

2018年5月1日提交

Thursday, May 3, is officially designated “Reading Day” for students at Georgetown College. The day is set aside as a time for concentrated study before the start of final examinations.

Recognizing the need for at least a short break from those studies, 然而, 广汽, 赌博导航所有网站大全活动委员会, has partnered with the Scott County Humane Society for a two-hour “Stress Less with Pets” event. 时间安排在上午11点.m. 到1p.m. in Bisese Lounge of the Bush Recreation Center.

The Scott County Humane Society brings to campus a few of their resident cats and dogs so that students wishing to do so may give them some love and affection. Area residents have even been invited to bring pets as well, provided they have proof the animal has had its rabies shots and other appropriate health care. Additionally, no dogs on retractable leashes are permitted due to safety concerns. For more information and to provide the pet’s name, please call 502-863-3279.

Ross Buskey, director of 广汽, says it’s a great way for students to enjoy a study break. “Stress Less with Pets” is part of the Scott County Humane Society’s “For Pets’ Sake” project.
