Six Legacy and Legends Students Elected as SGA Officers

在2024年的创始人日集会上, the newly elected Student Government Association (SGA) officers were announced and administered their oath of office by Dr. Curtis Sandberg, Vice President for Student Life and Dean of Students. All six students are attending Georgetown College through the Legacy and Legends Scholarship, a full-tuition scholarship for admitted students from Casey, 富兰克林, 欧文, 斯科特县.
“All of these students bring valuable leadership skills to the table,” said Sandberg. “They are very involved on campus and have served in leadership roles across campus. 他们会很好地为学生服务!”

SGA serves as the voice of the students to support new initiatives, 策划校园活动, and share information with the student body. SGA also serves as a liaison between students and administration to share student concerns and help implement new ideas that impact change across campus.
